My 2nd purchase from First Class Watches (FCW), having previously bought a Squale. As the name suggests, first class service throughout, with quick delivery and well packaged.
Very happy indeed with the watch, a Sinn 104, which lives up to its outstanding online reviews.
It really is a watch that has stopped my watch collecting in its tracks and made me re-evaluate. Why would I buy another watch? I now prefer to walk the road less travelled, having had Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Tag in the past. Sinn is a watch that apparently shouts ‘watch enthusiast’ and I am certainly now a fan. I love this watch, I really, really love this watch! I fell in love with the appearance of the Swiss railway station clocks when travelling in Europe years ago, and I have regularly worn an antique pocket watch that my grandfather left me, (which I have to accept was probably a very stupid thing to do with a family heirloom!) So when I discovered this beautiful little watch that combined a favourite style with a personal fashion statement, there was no hesitation! I wear the watch either traditionally with a waistcoat, or in my jeans pocket attached to a belt loop, both with the supplied chain, and it looks stunning, and very cool, either way. Dress up or dress down, but do so with this watch!

What a watch. Was looking at the SAR Rescue Timer as well as this (Titan) and this just won the competition! It's an absolute gem of a watch from Muhle Glashutte - designed as a special anniversary piece. It has the same heritage as the SAR Rescue Timer but is just a much more polished (and slightly more discreet) version. It's slightly slimmer (Water resistance drops from 1000m to "only" 500m - I think i'll be ok!), it's made from titanium so incredibly light and just seems to sit better on the wrist. The lume is a monster - pretty much glows in the dark. The strap is a one piece rubber strap with a matching clasp - just be aware that if you need to resize it, you have to cut it! Be careful! A real GADA watch. It's a beautiful watch that has been on the wish list for a while - nearly impossible to find them to try on, but bought with confidence from First Class Watches who shipped it immediately. Thanks

Good product with decent range of functionality.

I thought I was paying over the odds, but it’s a nice looking watch so gave myself a present.

What a mistake. Around 6 weeks after my purchase, I caught the crown on the edge of the door and it popped right out. Withings advised they couldn’t fix it and suggested I buy another watch with a 25% discount:-

They took 11 days to get back to me and only responded after I had to send a follow-up email
They explicitly stated they do not have a service centre and could not fix it (and suggested I don’t try to get it fixed elsewhere)
They seemed more interested in establishing that the damage was “out of warranty” than providing any real help (when the initial request doesn’t even make a warranty claim).
They think a 25% discount on a new £500 watch (to replace another one that didn’t last 60 days) is a generous offer
They give the usual short shrift about being a client and quality focused organisation.

I will say for the short time I used the watch it looked good - but the app was not as user friendly as, say, the fit but app. The notorious crown is quite fiddly when scrolling through heart rate, steps, etc.

Just don’t do it.
