Great watch great service

Replacement strap for my Hamilton Pan Europ. The strap was not in stock at the time but FCW emailed a few days later when they had restocked. Quick secure delivery. Not my first purchase here but one of the first sites I look esp for Hamilton and Squale

Staggeringly beautiful full-sized diver watch in a gorgeous shade of azure blue. This is the quartz version which I have deliberately chosen over the automatic version as I already have two automatic chronometers (which require daily monitoring and deep TLC) and I wanted a relatively maintenance-free experience with my new watch. This Longines Hydroconquest has not disappointed at all - it keeps perfect time and it remains comfortable on the wrist even when worn continuously for 24 hours. Sadly I have not had the opportunity to test its competence under 300m of water, nor am I likely to, but I would have no worries at all wearing this watch in water if I had to - it's what it's designed and built for after all. Out of the water the dial markings are super-legible and the bright blue face banishes the dimness common with black-dialed versions of (dive and GMT) watches with built-up bezels. Also there is the necessary high contrast of the silver hands against the blue face while the minute hand reaches satisfyingly out and into the minute markers - all superb. Even the (not really necessary on a dive watch) date window is given improved visibility by the contrasting white background. The unidirectional bezel works perfectly, with satisfying clicks (120 I think) and is easier to use than others I've tried. Nice bracelet too - as solid as the watch deserves, yet comfortable - I had to remove four links for my seven inch wrists and there is the additional utility of a micro-adjuster in the clasp. Finally, this watch really does glow in the dark - impressively. Beyond that, the service from FCW was excellent - a big thanks to them.

Wanting a Swiss quartz dive watch and after much research, I opted for this piece in green and could not be happier. Quality is excellent and the face really pops in sunlight. A little disappointed with the box, which I have learned was redesigned for 2026 and is not as shown in the website’s photo - eco friendly, made entirely of recyclable materials, but for the most part, read this as made mainly from cardboard and a felt pouch. That stated, it has not spoiled my experience with the watch, which is truly lovely.

I had an issue with my watch and Cassie was brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and really took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly.

What stood out most was that she genuinely went above and beyond. Nothing felt like too much trouble, communication was great, and she made what could have been a stressful situation really easy to deal with.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about the customer and wants to get things resolved properly.
